Pichu Posse Member #1

Finally got this finished.. And it's my 100'th dev in the "Fan Art/Digital Art/Other" category... Hopefully it's right... Woo... I couldn't think of a name to title this for quite a mawile...
Anyways, the Pichu Posse is just 4 Pichus in a group or something like that... I don't really know how I should say it..
This Pichu is the leader of the Posse.. He (almost) always wears a shirt with a lightning bolt on, although the colour varies. I made it blue here.. He has hair and freckles, and socks on... I think that's all I need to say about his appearance...

His name? I'm not really sure, maybe Eli for me.. And personality? If he shares the same name as me, he would be mostly like me, but if it's different, then I'm not really sure... Sorry... Again, if you have ideas for name and personality, just tell them to me and I'll see what I can do... Sorry...
