Cheeyev the Smeargle Reference

Honestly, I already established that I can't draw anything hand-made (I use my mouse for these Hand-drawn drawings), but here's another badly drawn Pokesona for me. But hey, at least I finally drew this, after like 2 months.. Honestly, the art looks more like something OceanHazel makes when she's drunk, i think..
The only thing i have for personality is that I express this as my 'creative' side (You know, the side that makes Poke-Fusions look good and whatnot, i think). I don't know, maybe I could use this for Pokeumans, I doubt it. I would love to make a story for that invovling this as my Pokeuman form. Again, as all of my Pokesonas, I (And all of my other Pokesonas) have Aspergers, OCD, Autism, GAD, and Depression I think.
Since Smeargle is my absolute favorite Pokemon (Next to Diancie, my other faves are Delphox, Maractus, Larvesta, Swirlix, and Victini i think) and Eri-The-Fennekin made this Pokesona for me (Although I did change it slightly) and I love it alot, I've been thinking i could change this to my main Pokesona, but i don't really want to confuse people about what my main Pokesona is..
I hope I done a decent job, since I tried my best on this. I based it on most of the Official Arts (E.G. Dream World, Official Game Art, Anime concept art, InvaderDooda's drawing of Smeargle, etc).
